Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM is required with 10+ years in related roles.
• Experience leading engineering or cross-functional teams delivering production-ready solutions.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or related certification is preferred.
• Ability to develop and assess technical or cost proposals for programs.
• Proven leadership with ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking for capital deployment in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, deployment, sustainment, and modernization of Patriot GEMT and ground test systems for production rate increases.
• Oversee about $100M in factory test capital, ensuring sequencing and on-time delivery.
• Drive modernization and sustainment of legacy GEMT test equipment, while transitioning to newer platforms.
• Ensure test readiness for production ramps by aligning capital plans with milestones.
• Collaborate with program leaders, IPTs, and engineering to incorporate DFT/TP requirements early.
• Direct multi-discipline teams delivering hardware, software, fixturing, and integration.
• Partner with factory leadership on readiness, test process improvements, and capacity initiatives.
