RTX in Andover, Massachusetts is seeking a Patriot GEMT Test Execution Lead for onsite duty. You will direct the execution, deployment, and modernization of factory test systems to support accelerated Patriot production. The role partners with programs, engineering, and factories for timely readiness and scalable test capabilities.

The position emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, DFT/TTP integration, and sustaining legacy assets while adopting new platforms for future readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years hardware/software design, development, or production.
• 4+ years creating or sustaining test capabilities in production or depot settings.
• Proven leadership of engineering or cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or certification.
• Experience drafting or evaluating technical or cost proposals.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution, deployment, sustainment, and modernization of Patriot GEMT test systems.
• Oversee and manage about $100M in factory test capital, ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive modernization and sustainment of legacy GEMT equipment while migrating to new platforms.
• Ensure test readiness for production ramps aligned with factory milestones.
• Partner with program leaders to integrate DFT and TTP early.
• Direct multi-discipline teams delivering hardware, software, fixturing, and integration.
• Collaborate with factory leadership on readiness and capacity-driven improvements.
