Job summary

RTX is seeking a Patriot GEMT Ground Capital Test Execution Lead in Andover, MA, onsite. You will lead the deployment and modernization of factory test systems and manage a $100M capital portfolio to support Patriot production ramps.

You will collaborate across engineering, programs, and operations to ensure test readiness, DoD compliance, and scalable test platforms, while guiding legacy and next‑gen test architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in hardware, software, or production.
• Minimum of four (4) years developing, deploying, or sustaining production or depot-level test capabilities.
• Leadership experience managing engineering or cross-functional teams.
• Experience with EVMS or related certification.
• Experience developing or assessing technical or cost proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, deployment, sustainment, and modernization of Patriot GEMT and ground test systems.
• Oversee and manage approximately $100M in factory test capital, ensuring on-budget delivery.
• Drive modernization and sustainment strategies for legacy GEMT equipment and newer platforms.
• Ensure test readiness for production ramps by aligning capital plans with milestones.
• Collaborate with program leaders, IPTs, and engineering to embed DFT and Transition to Production.
• Direct multi-discipline teams delivering hardware, software, fixturing, and integration.
• Engage with factory leadership on readiness and capacity-driven improvements.
