Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Coordinator for Gemstone Acquisition (Temporary) to drive Hardstone product development from concept to commercialization.

You will partner with the Senior Analyst and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, responsible sourcing, and timely execution across milestones. The role requires gemstone knowledge, project management, and procurement coordination within a fast-paced environment at our NYC corporate office.

• Coordinate and execute Hardstone development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee procurement activities and workflow for development launches and sampling.
• Evaluate gemstone samples for quality, color, cut, and design parameters.
• Identify risks and remove obstacles to keep timelines on track.
• Maintain Gemstone Product Parameters and color control sets for grading consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews, approvals, and product sign-offs.
