Brilliant Earth is seeking a Gemologist Manager - Secaucus, NJ to lead procurement, supply chain, and vendor management within the gemstone departments. You will direct gemstone purchases, manage inventory, and foster relationships with responsible-sourcing partners to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement of gemstones or luxury goods is preferred.
• Strong leadership and vendor management abilities.
• Onsite role based in Secaucus, NJ with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of all gemstone purchases
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors, including developing new relationships, managing day-to-day vendor interactions, and handling escalations.
• Responsible for supply planning, purchasing, and inventory control. Oversee and continually improve purchasing with respect to the company’s quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Ensure product supply chain is well developed and maintained to ensure a superior customer experience, timeliness, and a high level of efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a strong team
