Brilliant Earth is seeking a Procurement Manager - Gemology in Secaucus, NJ to lead gemstone procurement, vendor management, and inventory control. You will champion responsible sourcing and build strong supplier relationships to ensure top quality, timely delivery, and exceptional customer experience.

The role requires gemology knowledge, experience in gems/diamonds, and a track record of leading teams within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate gemology degree preferred.
• Industry experience in gems and diamonds required.
• Experience with vendor management and supply chain in a product, retail or eCommerce company.
• Robust computer skills, including working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience leading and growing high performing teams to achieve and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of all gemstone purchases.
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors, including developing new relationships and day-to-day vendor interactions.
• Responsible for supply planning, purchasing and inventory control.
• Ensure product supply chain is well developed to ensure a superior customer experience and efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a strong team to meet objectives.
• Communicate with sales, production and fulfillment regarding inventory levels.
