Job summary
The Inland Empire Health Plan is looking for a Transformation Gemba Coach to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. This role focuses on coaching leaders and facilitating initiatives aligned with the STAR transformation model.
You will help develop problem-solving capabilities, implement Lean methodologies, and ensure consistent application of transformation standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in continuous improvement and a strong background in health
Qualifications
- Seven years of experience in continuous improvement, enterprise transformation, or operational excellence.
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and facilitating organizational change.
- Health care experience required.
Responsibilities
- Coach and strengthen Gemba practices across leaders to improve transformation outcomes.
- Support initiative intake and charter development for STAR-supported initiatives.
- Establish problem-solving approaches and structured facilitation methods.
