Job summary

IEHP is seeking an experienced System Transformation Operations Facilitator to coordinate STAR-supported transformation activities, governance processes, and organizational improvement systems. The role partners with STAR leadership and cross-functional teams to enable execution, governance support, and operational readiness across enterprise transformation efforts.

The role focuses on sustaining STAR infrastructure, governance systems, communication platforms, and enterprise engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and operationalize complex enterprise initiatives and organizational improvement activities.
• Support governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and execution management within a matrixed organization.
• Develop and sustain operational workflows, governance processes, and enterprise support infrastructure.
• Provide operational coordination and sustainment for STAR programs and enterprise engagement efforts.
