Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting for gearboxes, bearings, seals, shafts, motors.
• Ability to read assembly and machining drawings.

• Willingness to travel for field service.
• Industrial gearbox rebuild or power transmission experience.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and refurbish industrial gearboxes per specs and standards.
• Identify damaged components and determine repairs and parts.
• Collect measurements and data for inspection reports.
• Perform field service at customer sites including installation and maintenance.
• Lead on-site repair activities when required.
• Use precision tools to inspect gears, bearings, shafts, seals.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Assist with shipping, painting, and workshop tasks.
• Maintain tools and a safe organized workspace.
• Communicate repair findings with customers and teams.
