Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Success Account Manager to lead technical governance and drive platform health for key customers. You will translate business objectives into resilient cloud architectures and act as the trusted technical advisor.

You will maintain executive relationships, advocate for architecture standards, and provide feedback to Product/Engineering to ensure continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of customer-facing technical experience.
Experience with core cloud computing concepts and enterprise architecture principles.
Experience presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations and product release management.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead Technical Governance focusing on platform health metrics.
Provide technical guidance and advocate adoption of Google Cloud architecture best practices.
Drive platform stability and architectural health assessments.
Advise on reliability and scalability of workloads running on Google Cloud.
Translate customer needs into product feedback for roadmaps and improvements.
