Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a GCP Technical Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III) to support Public Sector customers with cloud adoption, operational planning, and stakeholder coordination. This remote role is available to candidates who can work from within the continental United States.

You will collaborate with client Support, Product Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and delivery partners to drive reliable cloud outcomes, coordinate launches, and prepare materials for reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, software development, or technical consulting.
4+ years supporting Google Cloud implementations, cloud transformation programs, technical support, customer launches, release management, escalations, or technical consulting.
1+ years designing, developing, supporting, or operating microservices, distributed systems, and APIs.
Must hold a Google Cloud Professional certification (any listed).
Ability to travel up to 10%, US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical activities across assigned customer workstreams and track issues, risks, dependencies, action items, and milestones.
Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to resolve technical issues and escalations.
Support customer launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness activities.
Prepare materials for technical reviews, quarterly business reviews, and customer meetings; document customer needs and communicate feedback.
Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance; escalate complex issues as needed.
