Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a GCP Technical Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III) for the AI & Engineering team. The role supports public sector cloud adoption, planning, and issue resolution, coordinating across customer and delivery partner teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infra, ops, software, or tech consulting.
• 4+ years supporting Google Cloud implementations, cloud transformations, or related services.
• 1+ years designing or operating microservices, APIs, distributed systems.
• Google Cloud Professional certification(s) required as listed in qualifications.
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on client engagements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across customer workstreams and track issues, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE to resolve escalations.
• Support launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews and business reviews; capture customer needs.
• Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance.
