Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, software development, or technical consulting.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Google Cloud implementations, cloud transformation programs, or related activities.
• 1+ years designing, developing, or operating microservices, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Must hold a Google Cloud certification (any listed) in at least one major track.
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on client work.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across customer workstreams and track issues, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support customer launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews and customer meetings; document needs and provide feedback.
• Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance.
