Job summary

Tredence Inc. in Dallas leads the operational support and platform management of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments for Gemini Enterprise deployments. You will own platform operations, licensing, IAM, and onboarding while coordinating with Google teams and internal stakeholders.

This role requires hands-on GCP expertise, strong security controls, and ability to work with global teams and offshore/onshore models to ensure production readiness and ongoing platform health.

Qualifications

• Experience managing GCP operations for enterprise SaaS/AI platforms.
• Expertise in IAM, Identity Federation and security controls.
• Strong coordination with global teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own platform operations and support for GCP infrastructure supporting Gemini Enterprise.
• Manage Google license administration, provisioning, and coordination with Google teams.
• Oversee identity and access management, including Google Identity Federation and access controls.
• Ensure readiness and support of platform connectors, integrations, and technical onboarding activities.
• Drive security remediation, compliance, monitoring, and operational governance across GCP.
• Partner with Engineering Leads to validate new features, conduct testing, and support production readiness.
• Act as the primary escalation point between internal teams and Google for platform-related issues.
• Monitor platform health, operational KPIs, incidents, and service improvements.
