Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a technical lead for the Gemini Enterprise platform to operate and optimize a major AI-driven enterprise platform. You will work at the intersection of AI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and integrations, partnering with Google and internal leaders to implement secure, scalable capabilities across the company.

The role emphasizes technical ownership, platform configuration, and collaboration with Product Owner and AI Engineering teams to operationalize advanced AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience administering large-scale enterprise SaaS, cloud, collaboration, productivity, or AI platform.
• Strong understanding of platform administration, environments, APIs, and security concepts.
• Experience managing production environments, releases, lifecycle, and change management.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for the Gemini Enterprise application, ensuring day-to-day operation, health, and supportability.
• Configure Gemini Enterprise platform settings, environments, permissions, and enterprise capabilities.
• Manage deployment, lifecycle, and operation of Gemini Enterprise connectors and integrations.
• Provide L3 technical support for complex Gemini Enterprise issues escalated beyond standard teams.
• Coordinate with Google for vendor support and escalations; communicate with Product teams on technical changes.
