Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Senior Google Cloud & Gemini Enterprise Administrator to lead the administration of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and Gemini Enterprise. This role reports to the Director of IT and requires strong hands-on expertise in IAM, SaaS licensing, and enterprise AI governance.

The position offers 100% remote work and opportunities to collaborate with Security, Compliance and business stakeholders across Keeper’s global IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise cloud, SaaS, identity or IT systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Google Cloud IAM, roles, permissions, projects and organizational access controls.
• Experience managing SaaS licenses and user provisioning at scale.
• Experience administering or supporting enterprise AI platforms, Gemini Enterprise or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Cloud projects, IAM roles, service access and enterprise configurations.
• Manage Google Workspace settings, users, groups, permissions and security.
• Administer Gemini Enterprise licensing, user access and platform configuration.
• Configure identity integrations and enforce least-privilege controls.
• Monitor security, governance, and data access across Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise.
• Collaborate with IT, Security and Compliance on governance requirements.
• Document configurations, access policies, and operational procedures.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Jira, Slack, Salesforce).
• Use scripting and automation to streamline provisioning workflows.
• Evaluate new Gemini capabilities and AI governance practices.
