Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a technical lead to operate and evolve Gemini Enterprise, our AI platform used across the enterprise. You will configure environments, manage connectors, and coordinate with Google and internal teams to scale capabilities securely across the organization.

You will drive platform readiness, governance, and operational excellence, partnering with product and engineering to deliver reliable, scalable AI-powered solutions while maintaining strong security and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience owning large-scale enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform administration, environments, APIs, integrations, identity, and security.
• Experience managing production environments, releases, lifecycle, change management, and support.
• Experience evaluating technical impacts, coordinating testing, and deploying new platform capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, security, privacy, legal, and vendor teams.
• Ability to translate product and business requirements into technical plans and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gemini Enterprise application’s day-to-day technical operation, health, and supportability.
• Configure and maintain platform settings, environments, permissions, and enterprise capabilities.
• Manage deployment, lifecycle, and operation of Gemini Enterprise connectors and integrations.
• Provide L3 technical support for complex Gemini Enterprise issues escalated beyond standard support.
• Partner with Product Owner and AI Engineering to operationalize advanced solutions.
• Evaluate new features for technical readiness, risks, and implementation approach.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and technical decision records.
• Coordinate with Google for L4 support and vendor involvement.
• Maintain user access, licenses, and enterprise configuration best practices.
