Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a technical lead to operate the Gemini Enterprise platform, managing health, performance, and integrations across enterprise AI capabilities. The role partners with Google and internal teams to implement secure, scalable AI services as part of a broader enterprise strategy.

The successful candidate will oversee platform configuration, connectors, agents, and security compliance, driving readiness for new features and lifecycle releases across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience owning large-scale enterprise SaaS/cloud/AI platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise platform administration, APIs, integrations, permissions, and security concepts.
• Experience managing production environments and lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gemini Enterprise application operations and ensure health and supportability.
• Configure platform settings, environments, permissions, and enterprise capabilities.
• Manage connectors, integrations, and enterprise agents lifecycle and operation.
• Provide L3 support for complex platform issues escalated beyond Service Desk.
• Coordinate with Google for vendor-level troubleshooting and escalations.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and technical decision records.
• Assist with access control, license provisioning, and operational processes.
