Job summary

Travel up to 50% may be required. Requires 5+ years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation, plus 2+ years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation including software development and engineering.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
• Define engineering strategies, scalable delivery models, and governance aligned with operating models and business goals.
• Establish modern engineering practices and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
