Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Global Capability Center (GCC) Engineering Lead/Principal Director in New Jersey. You will shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup, working with client opportunities and solution teams to drive scalable product and platform delivery models.

You will lead engineering strategy, governance, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with business goals and transformation programs. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve innovation, delivery speed, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters with expertise in product/platform engineering and delivery models.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating models and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
