• Communicate, monitor, and enforce laboratory safety and housekeeping practices.
• Lead the GC department and supervise staff.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot, and develop methods.
• Investigate discrepancies with clients and advise management on corrective actions.
• Provide input into technician performance reviews and training.
