Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a coil assembly worker to join our manufacturing team in Grenada, MS. You will work under a group leader to assemble coils in line with drawings, safety requirements, and quality methods.

The role involves reading blueprints, performing math calculations, setting up equipment, and handling tooling. You will pull parts, install fins, lace tubes, and help train junior staff while maintaining quality and safe work practices.

• Must perform mathematical calculations and read blueprints.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to make basic adjustments to equipment to keep the process in control.
• Physical requirements: lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs; standing and walking; bending and stooping.
• Multi-tasking ability to keep work progressing; mental and visual alertness.

Position Description

Required Education & Qualifications

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, understand decimals, and read blueprints. Must be able to correct tool wear and report issues.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to make basic adjustments to equipment to keep the process in control.
• Physical requirements: lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs; standing and walking; bending and stooping.
• Multi-tasking ability to keep work progressing; mental and visual alertness and self-motivation.
• Must be able to work any hours required.
• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
