Job summary

All Chicago is seeking a GBV Rapid Rehousing Program Associate to support partnerships and oversee programmatic guidance across the RRH portfolio. You will serve as the main contact for questions on guidelines, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with DFSS regulations and federal, state, and local mandates.

Qualifications

• Background in social services or homelessness services preferred.
• Experience with gender-based violence populations is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client assistance requests for RRH program.
• Prepare and facilitate quarterly partner meetings and monthly case manager meetings.
• Assist with internal and external audits and documentation.
• Act as liaison with partner agencies, landlords, and community organizations.
• Support agency pilots initiated by the RRH team and ensure alignment with mandates.
• Understand renter protections and relevant housing ordinances.
• Create and maintain workflows reflecting federal, state and local mandates.
