• Aptitude handling large data sets and synthesizing information for risk profiles.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Issue, Events and RCSA processes for the GBM division, ensuring accurate identification and remediation.
• Challenge business units on completeness and accuracy of Issue, Events and RCSA.
• Collaborate with Second and Third line teams (Compliance, Internal Audit) for alignment across risk framework.
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for senior management and governance committees.
• Contribute to development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework tooling and methodologies.
• Advise and guide line teams on remediation to ensure sustainable risk solutions.
• Drive projects to improve tools supporting the operational risk framework.
• Work with senior leadership to implement risk management programs for GBM and provide remediation guidance.
