Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or STEM fields preferred.
• 1-5 years’ experience in Trading support (Operations, Controllers, Market Risk).
• Project management and process implementation / improvement experience.
• Advanced data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and data engineers to generate concise insights and control solutions for data-driven decisions.
• Understand the trade lifecycle (pre, during, and post trade) to enhance data analysis for investigations.
• Leverage data analytics to connect data across GBM and create advanced analytical capabilities.
• Support senior leadership to centralize and streamline risk and controls processes for GBM.
• Enhance trade-based pattern analysis to improve supervisory controls and transparency with GBM, Ops, Eng, and stakeholders.
• Understand strategic plans and architecture to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop management reporting, dashboards, and tools to provide transparency on operational risks and metrics.
