Qualifications

• Experience in risk management or control disciplines.
• 3+ years in Financial Services / Banking.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to liaise across Global Banking and Markets regionally and globally.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Issue, Events and RCSA processes for GBM.
• Challenge business units on completeness and accuracy of Issue, Events and RCSA.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Internal Audit to align risk framework.
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for senior management and governance committees.
• Develop Enterprise Risk Management Framework tooling and best practices.
• Advise and inform line teams on remediation approaches and ensure risk is addressed.
• Drive projects to improve tools supporting the risk framework.
• Work with senior leadership to implement issue/event management and remediation guidance.
• Develop management reporting dashboards to highlight high risks, issues and events.
