Job summary

You will monitor key risk metrics (KRIs/KPIs), analyze risk profiles and communicate findings to senior leadership, while partnering with Front Office, Operations and Engineering to improve the risk posture. You will drive innovation through automation and the application of AI/machine learning to risk monitoring, reporting and control design.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-financial risk disciplines (operational risk / compliance / audit).
• Strong risk and control mindset with curiosity about how controls improve.

• Ability to learn new processes quickly and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Risk Analytics – monitor and report on key risk metrics (KRIs/KPIs); identify opportunities to automate reporting with AI.
• Prepare risk management conclusions for GBM senior management and stakeholders.
• Assess residual risks after incidents; collaborate with business units to close gaps.
• Conduct risk reviews and socialize recommendations to improve controls.
• Challenge risk frameworks and drive cross-unit improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and apply AI/ML to risk processes.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations and Engineering on integrated risk solutions.
• Establish trusted partnerships with peers and executive stakeholders.
