Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time compliance advice to Global Banking & Markets – Commodities on transactions and new initiatives.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for business units.
• Assist with analysis and interpretation of new rules and regulations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training.
• Handle regulatory investigations and audits; escalate significant issues to senior management when needed.
• Identify and manage regulatory, legal, and reputational risks.
• Review escalations from daily trade surveillance reports.
