Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional cuts of beef and other meats.
• Season and grill according to traditional methods and guests' requests.
• Portion, garnish and present to patrons in the Gaucho style.
• Answer guests' questions about churrasco and Brazilian culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill area.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties.
