Job summary

NOLA Protection Group is seeking dependable, professional Unarmed Security Officers to oversee access control at a residential gatehouse in Mandeville. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will help maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure community.

This role requires standing and moving between vehicles during an 8-hour shift, strong verbal communication, reliable transportation, and punctual attendance for the 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication needed for resident and guest interactions.
• Must be reliable and punctual for the 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM schedule.
• Ability to stand/walk and move between vehicles during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Scan driver’s licenses/IDs, verify visitor credentials, and check resident HOA entry tags prior to entry.
• Visitor Assistance: Provide clear directions to guests and vendors within the community.
• Active Operations: Move between arriving vehicles and the guard house to maintain entrance flow.
• Customer Service: Maintain a warm, welcoming posture with residents, guests, and vendors.
