Job summary

NOLA Protection Group is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to manage gatehouse and visitor access at a residential community in the Covington/Mandeville area. You will verify IDs, assist guests, and help ensure smooth entrance flow during the 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Scan driver’s licenses/IDs, verify visitor credentials, and check resident HOA entry tags prior to granting entry.
• Visitor Assistance: Provide clear directions to guests and delivery drivers navigating the community.
• Active Operations: Move between arriving vehicles and the guard house to keep entrance traffic flowing smoothly.
• Customer Service: Maintain a warm, welcoming, and approachable posture with residents, visitors, and vendors.
