NOLA Protection Group is seeking dependable, professional, and friendly Unarmed Security Officers to oversee access control at a residential gatehouse in Mandeville. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and secure community.
Access Control: Scan driver’s licenses/IDs, verify visitor credentials, and check resident HOA entry tags prior to granting site entry.
Visitor Assistance: Provide clear, professional directions to guests and delivery drivers navigating the community.
Active Operations: Move efficiently between arriving vehicles and the guard house to keep entrance traffic flowing smoothly.
Customer Service: Maintain a warm, welcoming, and approachable posture with all residents, visitors, and vendors.
Must be able to stand, walk, and move easily between vehicles and the guard house throughout the 8-hour shift.
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for the 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM schedule.
High school diploma or equivalent.
