Job summary

Isleworth Golf & Country Club in Windermere, FL, seeks an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the gated community. The role serves as liaison to the DRB and Covenants Committee and administers the covenant enforcement program from identification through resolution.

This office-based position supervises ICA maintenance staff, tracks construction projects and fees, and reports monthly to the Board of Directors on violations and operational conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license is required.
• Three or more years of community association or HOA management experience.
• Knowledge of Florida community association law and governing documents.
• Experience administering architectural or design review processes and covenant enforcement.
• Experience preparing meeting agendas/minutes for boards and committees.
• Strong writing skills for minutes, letters, notices, and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and with AMS or records platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Isleworth Community Association.
• Serve as liaison to the Design Review Board (DRB) and Covenants Committee.
• Administer covenant enforcement program from identification through resolution.
• Track approved construction projects and related fees and deposits.
• Supervise ICA maintenance staff.
• Report monthly to the Board of Directors on violations, construction activity, and operational conditions.
