Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair automatic gates, gate operators, access control systems, and related low-voltage equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Integrate gate systems with access control platforms, keypads, card readers, intercoms, and remote entry solutions.
• Test system functionality and perform adjustments or calibrations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing exceptional service and professional guidance.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory reports.
• Collaborate with teammates, project managers, and engineers to complete installs efficiently.
• Operate and maintain tools, testing equipment, and company vehicle responsibly.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in automatic gate installation and service preferred.
• Proficiency with gate operator systems such as LiftMaster, DoorKing, Viking, HySecurity, FAAC, or similar brands.
• Working knowledge of access control integration, wiring, and diagnostics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics, installation manuals, and site drawings.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA certifications, lift training, and manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• FASA/BASA certification is highly preferred or must be obtained upon hire.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
