Purpose of Role

Facilitate all inbound and outbound truck traffic for the campus. Check in/out trucks and direct them to the appropriate dock door/yard location, as scheduled within the warehouse management system.

Essential Functions

• Check in/out, via warehouse management system, all trucks entering/leaving the campus.
• Act as a liaison and maintain radio communication with warehouse and drivers.
• Direct trucks to the appropriate scale location and record data in the warehouse management system.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor for open and available dock door space.
• Collect, sign, date, and completely fill out any required paperwork for each load.
• Enter any required data points in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organizational skills and follow safety policies.
• Follow work instructions and safety policies.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely.
• Identify any damage or abnormalities with equipment and report to the supervisor.
• Perform any additional tasks given by the supervisor.
• Report any suspicious activity to the supervisor.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements
