Job summary

Fontainebleau Avitaion a Skyservice Company seeks a Gate Greeter to manage the FBO entrance for arriving and departing aircraft and vehicles. You will deliver first-class customer service as passengers and crew meet at the gate, coordinating with OC or Supervisor and maintaining a safe, organized gate area.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, signing in visitors, issuing ramp passes, and guiding vehicles through the lot.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record and Valid Driver’s License.
• No special licenses or certificates required.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet arriving and departing aircraft vehicles at the entrance gate.
• Signing visitors in, providing directions, handling deliveries, and operating gate locks.
• Issue ramp passes and ramp driving guidelines to all vehicles needing AOA access.
• Complete daily Guardhouse Daily Checklist and Daily Vehicle Lot Log.
• Communicate to the OC or Supervisor all vehicles that need AOA assistance and AOA access.
• Assist passengers and crew with luggage at lobby entrances (lift up to 50lbs).
• Use written, verbal, digital and radio communication to send and receive information.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Gate Greeter is a front-line employee who is responsible for managing the immediate entrance of arriving and departing aircraft vehicles, third party vehicles and transportation network companies. As the first person passengers and crew will meet at the FBO entrance, the Gate Greeter must maintain excellent customer service principals while performing their duties. The Gate Greeter works as a member of a team in a demanding, hazardous, time-sensitive, service-driven environment during all hours and most weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet and greet arriving and departing aircraft vehicles at the entrance gate.
• Signing visitors in, providing directions, handling deliveries, and operating gate locks.
• Issue ramp passes and ramp driving guidelines to all vehicles needing AOA access.
• Complete daily Guardhouse Daily Checklist and Daily Vehicle Lot Log.
• Communicate to the OC or Supervisor all vehicles that need AOA assistance and AOA access.
• Manage parking areas, vehicle flow and catalog vehicles that require facility parking. 7. Manage work area, keeping it clean, organized, and professional in appearance. 8. Observes, reports, and communicates relevant information to co-workers and supervisors.
