Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Gate Attendant to guard and monitor company grounds, ensuring security and safety. The role involves controlling entry, greeting visitors, and logging visits while maintaining a visible security presence across shifts.

Responsibilities include patrolling the site, reporting incidents promptly, and coordinating with client representatives and safety teams as needed. This non-exempt, full-time position supports our Facilities unit and requires reliability

Job Description

Select's Gate Attendant guards and monitors company grounds to prevent theft, violence, or other loss of company property.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

• Monitors entrances and exits preventing unapproved or unlawful entry.
• Patrols site on foot or in vehicles.
• Greets and directs visitors, provides temporary visitor IDs, and maintains a visitors log.
• Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the post.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands and Exposures

• Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
• Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
