Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Lead Gate Attendant to monitor entry and exit at the community gate, greet residents and guests, and provide outstanding customer service. This full-time hourly role operates 6:00am–10:00pm daily, 365 days a year, with holidays worked.

The position emphasizes access management, communication, and relationship-building with residents. Prior customer service experience and a valid California driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Must have valid California Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests with high level of customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entry/exit using gate access system and verify IDs.
• Maintain regular communication with owners and promote positive interactions.
• Complete data entry and report daily activities or irregularities.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
