Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association seeks a Gastroenterology physician for locum tenens support in an inpatient setting. You will provide call coverage and perform ERCP, EUS, upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG, and liver biopsy.

Credentialing takes 30-60 days. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided. Competitive pay rates apply, with Epic EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

Active Texas medical license.
Board Certification in Gastroenterology.
Certifications ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS.
Comfort with advanced GI procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide call coverage and perform advanced GI procedures such as ERCP, EUS, upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG, and liver biopsy.
Ensuring quality patient care through expertise in complex gastrointestinal cases.
Working with an electronic medical record system (Epic).
