Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Kansas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist for a role focused primarily on endoscopy with some clinic work.

Responsibilities include performing endoscopic procedures in an endo lab, managing 12-15 patients daily, and handling ERCP and esophageal manometry, with about 10 call days per month including weekends. Hospital privileges to perform procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist with license to practice.
• Experience with endoscopy and advanced GI procedures.
• Willing to perform a mix of clinic and endoscopy; able to handle call duties including weekends.

Job description

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a full-time or part-time role involving primarily endoscopy and some clinic work. Responsibilities Include

• Performing endoscopic procedures in an endo lab, with up to 2 clinic days weekly.
• Managing 12-15 patients daily.
• Handling general GI duties, including ERCP and esophageal manometry.
• Participating in 10 call days per month, including weekend calls.
• Possessing hospital privileges to perform procedures.
• Experience with SBCE or EUS is advantageous as service lines expand.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong clinical skills in general GI and advanced procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Flexibility to work a mix of clinic and endoscopy.
