Responsibilities

• Pre-registers/registers patients with accurate demographic and financial data.
• Collects patient balances and payments.
• Verifies coverage and prior authorizations as needed.
• Responds to customer inquiries and supports scheduling and pre-certification.
• Assist with departmental coverage and daily appointment management.
• Communicates effectively with physicians and practices.
