• Provide accurate information, directions and follow up to meet patient needs.
• Take complete and accurate patient information and relay to providers.
• Prepare schedules, medical records and other documents per quality standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times in all communications.
• Check in, registration and verification of demographics per hospital policy.
