• One year experience in a healthcare or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with and assists patients and visitors in person and by phone, providing courteous, clear information.
• Takes complete information, prepares schedules and medical records, and protects patient confidentiality.
• Performs check-in, registration, and verifies demographic and insurance details; collects co-pays as needed.
• Monitors patient flow and coordinates with staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Processes check-out and schedules follow-up appointments and related diagnostics or tests.
