Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the department. DEA.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories and perform thorough physicals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up.
• Lead or participate in team projects to improve care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality/process improvements.
