Responsibilities

• Obtain health history, perform physical exams, interpret tests, and develop treatment plans with follow-up.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Provide instruction to physicians, housestaff, nursing, and students; participate in precepting and teaching.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff; lead or participate in team meetings and training.
• Engage in daily quality improvement and participate in system-wide care improvements.
