Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history, perform physical exams, and develop differential diagnoses with evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
• Provide leadership and education to physicians, staff, and students; participate in outreach and quality improvement.
• Interact with patients and families respectfully and collaboratively; ensure timely care and workload sharing.
• Engage in daily quality improvement and lead interdisciplinary teams to improve care.
