Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering phones courteously and professionally.
• Verifying referrals and/or pre-certifications.
• Updating insurance information.
• Answering general patient questions and relaying messages.
• Escorting patients to exam rooms.
• Collecting co-pays and preparing charge tickets.
• Preparing and cleaning exam rooms and filing patient charts.
