Formación

• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Two years of clinic/physician office experience required.
• Knowledge of CPT codes, billing practices and budgets.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and clinic management software.

• Hire, onboard, coach and appraise clinical staff performance.
• Schedule, orient, train and develop assigned colleagues.
• Monitor hours for payroll and budget conformity.
• Ensure clinic protocols are followed and quality assured.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinic management for operations.
