Under minimal supervision, you will supervise staff, manage the appointment schedule, analyze financial reports, and drive quality improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in healthcare administration or similar settings.
• Ability to develop budgets and implement policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Leadership, coaching, change management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (IDX, Meditech) and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and business staff; implement policies and procedures.
• Maintain appointment schedules and allocate personnel efficiently.
• Hire, evaluate, discipline, and terminate staff as needed.
• Coordinate department orientation and staff training.
• Lead quality and process-improvement initiatives in the practice.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure accurate patient records and proper billing documentation.
