Job summary

SUBURBAN HEALTH ORGANIZATION is seeking a full-time gastroenterologist to join our veteran support team in Norwalk, Ohio. The clinic boasts an efficient workflow and a referral base from our extensive network of Family Medicine Clinics. The position involves handling an average of 25 to 30 patients a day in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE.
• Experience in an inpatient and outpatient setting is preferred.
• Ability to handle a patient load of 25 - 30 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology services in a multi-physician clinic.
• Perform procedures such as Endoscopy.
• Collaborate with the support team and practice manager.

Skills

Board Certified/Board Eligible

Experience with Colonscopes and Gastroscopes

Familiarity with Cerner EMR

Education

MD/DO degree in Gastroenterology

Gastroenterology is one of our outstanding clinics with a veteran support team, Practice Manager and Director. This clinic is highly efficient with a great referral base from our expansive Family Medicine Clinics, Asst. Living, Skilled Nursing Home and ancillary service lines. Located in Norwalk, Ohio just 20 minutes south of Sandusky's Lake Erie and Cedar Point Amusement Park.

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Call schedule: currently 1:2 for 7 days, would move to 1:3 upon hiring
• Inpatient and outpatient setting
• Must be BC/BE

• Cerner EMR
